Heath Ledger has been found dead in his own soho apartment in Manhattan.

You can see Heath Ledger in this photo with his young daughter Matilda whom he had with Michelle Williams.

Heath Ledger was 28 years old. This is the second major celebrity to die in the last year as Anna Nicole Smith died in February 2008.

Some fool Police Officer made a teenage girl do topless jumping jacks.

Talk about an abuse of power. The officer got a lean 2 years probation while the Teenager was awarded $35,000 for damages.

Maybe coach Pete Carroll should have been set upon the officer as further punishment.
